Every box includes recipes and suggested ways to utilize our unique offerings. Al Gaisson gives the bon vivants of Cleveland an opportunity to experiment with unordinary products that give familiar dishes a gastronomic kick.
Herbaceous vegetation, diligently cared for by loving hands, has brought forth the fruits of the earth. We dine ritually and unaware of the rest of the universe, fully concentrated on the ambrosial offerings that fill our bellies. The spirit of the earth pulses through our veins, reaches our hearts, and evokes a palpable reverence in the deep caring and respect we possess for ourselves, others, and the living world.
Please note offerings are subject to change due to availability. Food should not be kept waiting for more than 2 hours after delivery. Someone should be home upon delivery so perishable foods can be quickly stored in a refrigerator. If no one is home to collect the delivery, please see if a neighbor can store the food until you return.
